Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Timber Property Management Partners and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 740 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on lease renewals. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
