Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Lakeside Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Minneapolis design routes and schedules, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on service alerts. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with service alerts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
