Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Timber Auto Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on warranty claims. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
