Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Amber Medical Associates builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on complaint handling. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
