Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Lumen Stone Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for billing accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing accounts. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
