Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Linden Legal Group Partners provides legal services in Boise across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on billing records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with billing records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
