Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Summit Pine Manufacturing Group is a Albuquerque manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production lines. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
