Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Timber Financial is a financial-services company in Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on loan applications. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
