Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook Hollow Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Pittsburgh focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
