Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Pine Medical designs and makes medical devices in Atlanta, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on clinical evaluations. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
