Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright North Financial serves customers across Anchorage with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
