Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Forge Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field visits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field visits. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
