Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Beacon Financial serves customers across Boise with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
