Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Freight and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 217 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on proof of delivery. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with proof of delivery. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
