Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Pine Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Memphis, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
