Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Nest Early Learning runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on licensing records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with licensing records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
