Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Cedar Facilities is a facilities company in Boise with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
