Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Rivermark Meadow Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Cleveland, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on learning materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with learning materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
