Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Vista Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer complaints. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
