Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Fernwood Pine Staffing is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for client orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on client orders. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
