Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Stone Inspection Services is an inspection company in Kansas City with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 573 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field inspections. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with field inspections. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
