Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Nova Pine Property Management is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 315 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Cincinnati. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
