Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Nova Meridian Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 145 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on scheduling. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
