Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Ironwood Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Minneapolis producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on quality documentation. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with quality documentation. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
