Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bright Quarry Environmental Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for collection routes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on collection routes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with collection routes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
