Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Amberfield Maple Construction Group is a Orlando contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 442 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on materials orders. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with materials orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
