Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Farms Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 135 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field records. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with field records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
