Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Umber Banking Services is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 146 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on deposit accounts. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with deposit accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
