Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Basin Telecom is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for network equipment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on network equipment. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
