Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Juniper Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Boise. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 469 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on safety inspections. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with safety inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
