Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Iron Auto Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
