Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Meridian Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Jackson area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 313 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with food costs. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
