Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Nest Staffing Group places workers with employers around Denver. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 236 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on timekeeping. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with timekeeping. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
