Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Stonegate Basin Foods Partners makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in San Jose, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on production batches. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
