Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Nova Drift Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Detroit focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. We invest in training. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on field visits. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with field visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
