Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Bluepeak Corner Medical is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on training materials. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
