Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Kestrel Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Des Moines region. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
