Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Foxglove Summit Learning Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on attendance records. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
