Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Silverline Fox Early Learning Partners runs childcare centres in Orlando caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 232 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on meal programmes. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
