Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Clearpath Bridge Facilities is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
