Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior HR Business Partner whose main responsibility will be employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on certifications. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
