Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Granite Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Salt Lake City plant, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer orders. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with customer orders. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
