Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Pine Financial serves customers across Cleveland with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on payment disputes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
