Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Fernwood Drift Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Cleveland area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on food costs. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
