Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Harborlight Sparrow Arts Center Group is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on event logistics. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
