Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Rowan Legal Group Partners is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner. The job centres on employee relations for trust accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are a close group and share the work. What you will do • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on trust accounts. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • Experience with trust accounts. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Memphis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
