Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Cedar Vale Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Salt Lake City area. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 752 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on water quality. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with water quality. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
