Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Redstone Meadow Staffing places workers with employers around Seattle, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would join a large organisation of about 873 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on candidate screening. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with candidate screening. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
