Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Highbridge Cross Energy Group is an energy provider in Louisville focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Senior HR Business Partner to lead our employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on hardship programmes. • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. What we are looking for • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. • Three or more years in HR. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • SHRM or HRCI certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
