Senior HR Business Partner - employee relations (remote)

Westbrook River Financial Group provides savings, lending and payment services from Honolulu. We are hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to take on employee relations. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Investigate concerns fairly and document the outcome. • Support hiring and onboarding for teams that work on customer onboarding. • Keep policies and records current and compliant. • Handle leave, accommodation and benefits questions from start to finish. • Advise supervisors on attendance, performance and workplace concerns. What we are looking for • Three or more years in HR. • Knowledge of employment law and leave rules. • Discreet, fair and direct. Nice to have • SHRM or HRCI certification. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
